 Pricing do not include furnishing fees or outside.

 

Outside decorations are extra fees: 

Small: 1M

Medium: 1.5M

Large: 2.5M

1.  Before I start decorating, 50% design fees will be  collected as deposit.
    

2. Pay for furniture upfront.
   Small: 4M
   Medium: 10M
   Large: 15M
   
   Depending on the style and furnishing requirements, the furnishing fee may be different. I will return any unused gils (Can provide detailed excel sheet if required)
    

3. I'm currently only able to decorate in Elemental :(
    

4. Sometimes I might need to close off a floor due to certain constraints.
